Deborah Rainwater has spent her entire life in Upstate South Carolina. With 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry, she discovered a true passion for helping others achieve their dreams. Now, with seven years as a real estate professional, Deborah is dedicated to guiding clients through their real estate journeys with education and personalized support.
She and her husband have built a life together in the charming community of Roebuck, SC, where they raised two daughters. These days, Deborah especially treasures the time she spends with her grandson, Wyatt.
For the past 10 years, Deborah has served in the youth department at Newspring Church, where she enjoys staying connected with her faith community and friends.
