Eric Nodine

Eric Nodine is a Landrum native, who after living in various places around the world, has returned to his hometown to live and work. Eric received a B.A from Palm Beach Atlantic College, a J.D from the University of South Carolina, and a LL.M. in Taxation from NYU. Having practiced business law for 18 years, Eric has represented homeowners, borrowers, contractors, and developers; and that experience makes him uniquely qualified to assist both buyers and sellers in even the most complex real estate transactions.
In addition to his background as an attorney, Eric is a former, S.C. licensed residential builder, having worked in the construction industry prior to returning to school in the late ‘90s. With an eye for detail and extensive construction experience, Eric brings qualities as a Broker-in-Charge that others simply cannot offer.
Eric is a human being outside of work too; he routinely cooks for a family of 4 (occasionally cleaning the kitchen afterward), snowboards, builds furniture, and plays guitar (from the privacy of his basement).
